Parking is monitored ($7.50/car/day), so please pay for parking when you arrive.

Eligibility Sheets: Coaches to bring printed OFSAA HUB eligibility sheets to the venue, to be collected upon registration.
Cost: $10/athlete (a doubles or mixed team is $20) –Â cheque made out to Forest Heights Collegiate Institute. (Exception: WRDSB Schools will do an internal funds transfer)
Entries: Entries from district convenors are due Thursday, April 11th, 2024 by 6:00 pm. If this deadline cannot be met, please email Jonathan Nelson to arrange a time for entry submission. The entry form was emailed out to district convenors on April 4th.
Apparel: CWOSSA Badminton shirts and sweaters will be available for purchase via online order form here as well as at the venue on both days of competition! Online orders are closed Sunday at midnight to allow for orders to be processed and brought to Conestoga College for pick up. Items may also be purchased on site during both days of competition.
