NOTE:

There is limited parking and there are no indoor facilities at Woodside.

There is construction currently along Highland Road making access to the parking lot difficult. Please leave time for the potential to park on a side street and walk a little if this construction is not complete before our event.

There are portable toilets onsite. It is advised that teams and spectators come prepared for the weather and with lots of water.

There are a number of food options (grocery stores, sit-down restaurants and fast-food options) within walking distance along Highland Road.

First Aid/Athletic Therapy

There will be an Athletic Therapist on-site both days.

The closest hospital is St Mary’s Hospital (911 Queen’s Blvd, Kitchener, ON N2M 1B2).

Entry Fee: $425.00 per team 

Please make the cheque payable to Laurel Heights Secondary School and bring it to the field on Wednesday to the coaches meeting at 8:30 a.m.

Coaches Information

There will be a brief coaches meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 25th at the field.

Please have one representative from your school present and bring all required documentation and payment. There will be a brief review of rules and a short dicussion of any rule changes. Note that a vote may be necessary with all teams present.
